An Account Manager with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management within the Digital Payments, eWallet, or Credit Card industry is required to join one of the most successful Digital Payment Products divisions within a global EC company. In this role you will be in charge of working with existing EC customers to push the adoption of alternative digital payments products to be accepted within the EC platform for consumers. You will ensure that payments products are adopted and that transaction volume increases for these products.
In this role you should speak fluent Japanese and business level English and have experience in the following areas:
- Account Management experience, preferably in Digital Payments, eWallet, or Credit Card industries
- Experience in Account Strategy development
- Comfortable with chasing sales targets and driving ROI for customers
- Experience managing customers focused on EC business
- Able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment with high level of autonomy
