Job Overview:
Manage day-to-day project with ground level of clients. Being responsible for execution and producing, being accountable for its delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects, and ensure its delivery from both timeline and quality perspective.
- Performance to be measured against no failure on delivery, as well as level of satisfaction on both client and internal teams.
- Both day to day hand work, as well as overseeing multiple projects to ensure smooth delivery.
- Being counterpart to mid-level of client leaders, as well as being go-to-person for internal team (client, supplier, etc.)
Qualifications
- Native Japanese, Business English
- Flexible and accountable.
- Minimum 3 years experience at the agency
- University graduate or above
