・Android向けの当社ネイティブアプリケーション（スクラッチで構築）のシステム設計、開発、ロールアウト、運用に携わる。
・多様な文化的背景を持つエンジニアのチームをリードする。
・他のエンジニアの設計・実装レビューを率先して行う。
・アーキテクチャ、デザイン、スケーラビリティ、パフォーマンスに関する問題を解決する。
・Kotlinを使用したネイティブアプリケーションの開発経験（7年以上）
・パッケージ管理の経験(Gradleなど)
・アジャイル開発(スクラム)の経験
・3人以上の開発チームでの作業経験
・高いコミュニケーションスキル
・英語（Fluent）、日本語（Conversational）
