Business Development Representative Manager (CF-33900943)
A rapidly growing B2B IT startup. Their enterprise-focused software platform visualizes people's information and accelerates autonomous collaboration amongst teams.
They are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to spearhead their company's growth and develop world-class relationships with Japan's top enterprise businesses.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the BDR team's strategy and goals, while setting and achieving KPIs
- Collaborate with sales/marketing members to develop a robust pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with client decision makers and executives
Who you are:
In addition to Fluent or Native Japanese, you should have experience in the following areas:
- Business development, account management, or sales management
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- CRM software (Salesforce & Hubspot)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing inbound and outbound BDR teams
- English communication skills
- Experience working with C-level executives, developing relationships with major clients through collaboration and consulting
