Job Function / Position: Business Performance Analytics Manager

9M-15M per year (basic monthly salary + bonus)

  • Once every year (April) Increase in salary fluctuates according to the previous year's evaluation
  • Bonus three times a year (March, June, December)
  • Determined with due consideration of previous experience and annual income
  • After being enrolled for one year or more, payment of bonus for settlement of accounts based on company regulations and company performance (March)

Job description/main roles and responsibilities

<BPA (Business Performance Analytics) Division Mission>

Maintenance of the reporting system was ensured by migrating from the current SAP BO-based reporting to new BI tools centered on SAC, Tableau, and Power BI, during which stable main reports were provided to each function. Perform operations including operations.

In addition, we will establish sound maintenance and operation of the current BW/HANA/BO environment, and carry out improvement activities for existing incident zero activity of existing reports.

<Main role of BPA Manager>

  • Properly manage the BW/HANA/BO environment with the cooperation of Basis
  • Management of data link construction between BW/HANA and DDP (Data Discovery Platform)
  • Manage reporting/analytics delivery using the latest BI tools
  • Operational maintenance including external resources and performance management of development personnel

Required knowledge/experience

・Over 3 years of team management experience

・Knowledge of SAP BW/HANA/BO and construction/operation experience required

・Knowledge and construction/operation experience of Tableau, Power BI, SAC

・Basic knowledge about ITIL, SDLC, etc.

  • Either English or Japanese is the native language and the other is at the business level.

Knowledge/ Experience Appreciated

・Other knowledge of data analytics tools

・Persistent and detailed follow-up and communication skills.

・Ability to solve and realize difficult problems.
