The Change Manager will work with programme towers/functions to identify & articulate Change Impacts by business-community and work with Regional and Local teams to build a coalition for Change, comprising stakeholders and the Change Network. They will lead, engage and motivate this network to translate global change impacts into local Change Impact Mitigation activities to successfully make the transition to new ways of working. This will be achieved by working with the Global Change Team (comprising Change Management, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement and Learning & Adoption), third-party service providers, Regional and Local Change and Deployment teams and/or representatives, Programme Leadership team and business stakeholders. The role will report into the Global Change Lead to support the workstream's overall Change responsibilities and manage/coordinate the Global Communications Manager. This is a hybrid role based on site in London 2 days per week

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Execute the framework within which to manage Change Impacts, by Process Area & Geography (Central/Regional/Local)

2.Work with Programme Towers / Process teams to identify and articulate the impact of the programme scope to the business to drive detailed Change Impacts Assessment

3.Convert identified change impacts into a workable Change Action & Mitigation Plan from a global perspective, collaborating with third-party service provider

4.Engage with programme and business stakeholders, regionally and locally, in sharing and gaining feedback on Change Management plans, activities & goals

5.Design & build a Change Network that will be integral to achieving change adoption within the business by working with the regional and local teams to take ownership & managing Change

6.Design & deliver a structured & sequenced engagement and knowledge transfer plan to onboard and integrate Change Network members. Working with vendor partners & change team, identify Change Network capability needs and build / execute a plan to upskill, train & build confidence.

7.Support the Change Network in translating global change impacts into local Change Impact Mitigation activities to own the change and successfully make the transition to new ways of working as well as acting as their trusted escalation route

8.Develop the framework and provide effective reporting on Change Management activities, covering but not limited to progress reporting, Change Impacts Mitigation Glide-path reporting, and risks & issues management, operating to Diageo governance standards

9.Collaborate & align with the Training Team to incorporate key messages on behavioural / cultural changes into learning content

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Degree educated in relevant business or subject

-10+ years' experience in Change Management consulting services in complex transformation programme environments,

-Excellent skills in Change Impacts analysis & management of mitigation

-Experience on MS Simplification projects (MS Teams, MS Sharepoint knowledge)

-Strong knowledge of best Change Management practices and ability to work with various levels personnel across the business & programme

-Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability effectively convey business impacts to various audience groups to achieve alignment on change impact mitigation actions

-Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines

-Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans & communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer, Teams, etc.)
