Change Manager

One of our e-commerce clients is looking for a Change Manager to support them with a transformational program. It's an international and fast paced environment where you will be responsible for leading multiple complex projects with a global impact. The team is currently working with organizational change initiatives, and they are in need of someone with a solid background in Change Management and Agile, who can get the different teams together and manage them around the changes that will be implemented. It is important that you have led change for a digital program before.

Skills:

- 6+ year of experience with specialization in Change Management

- Hands on experience with leading change initiatives for a digital program

- Certification in Agile and Change Management

Project Details:

- Start date: March 2023

- Contract: 6 months

- Based in Amsterdam, hybrid working model
