Cloud Technical Support
Rapidly growing American Cloud services provider is seeking a Technical Support to provide premium support to important customer accounts. This role is highly visible as part of a team supporting global accounts.
The Technical Support will meet customers, identifying potential issues to provide top level support to named accounts.
You should be able to speak Native / Fluent Japanese and Business English, and possess some experience in the following areas:
- Technical Support or Technical Account Management (TAM) experience
- Experience in TCP/IP, HTTP, cloud services
- Have worked in an international IT software / SaaS company with written English use
