Zoho Developer | Remote | Outside IR35 | 6 months


My client, an EduTech business are looking for a Zoho Developer with experience of Deluge, SalesIQ, and Desk.

This role is crucial to developing, customising, and optimising their ecosystem, with a focus on Deluge scripting, SalesIQ, and Zoho Desk.

As part of this greenfield project you will have an opportunity to influence and shape the Zoho ecosystem's design and architecture from the ground up. Your expertise will be pivotal

Deliverables:

  • Customisation and Development: Design, develop, and maintain Zoho applications using Deluge scripting and JavaScript languages, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various Zoho modules, including SalesIQ and Zoho Desk.
  • SalesIQ Implementation for Customer Services: Collaborate with the customer services team to configure and set up SalesIQ live chat functionalities on our website and other communication channels. Optimise chat workflows, automate proactive chat invitations, and integrate SalesIQ with other Zoho applications to enhance customer support and response times.
  • Zoho Desk Customisation: Implement customisations in Zoho Desk, including ticket workflows, ticket forms, automations, macros, and integrations with other systems, to create a robust and efficient customer support system.
  • API Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Zoho applications and external platforms using Zoho API, RESTful APIs, and webhooks to enable data synchronisation and automation for our customer services organisation.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Zoho ecosystem, including data migration, data cleansing, and data validation for the customer services department.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications, providing timely support to end-users and stakeholders in the customer services department.
  • Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for team members on Zoho applications and best practices, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Location: Remote (once up to speed/1 day a week max)

Length: 6 Months

Rate: £400/500 pd
