Deliverable: Manage an RFP tendor process and deliver a new global CRM platform for the client. The ideal candidate will have:
✔ 2-5 years' experience leading CRM and/or marketing automation platform projects and associated data integrations, third-party APIs or migrations.
✔ Experience implementing ESP systems (e.g. Bloomreach, Salesforce, Emarsys, Ometria, Oracle, etc.).
✔ Experience within the DTC/B2C retail and e-commerce sector.
✔ Experience developing effective PMO structures.
✔ Experience coordinating and managing qualified RFP processes.
✔ Experience implementing Change Management processes and procedures.
✔ Proficient with JIRA and similar management tools.
The client is looking for a CRM Project Manager to start ASAP (six-month duration / Outside IR35 / remote).
