In Japan, they have 40 members and have continued to grow at a rapid rate. With double digit sales growth across APAC and continued portfolio expansion, this is a very exciting time as they are looking to IPO soon!
Their team is looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will be working with the Customer Success Managers to be the technical expert in consulting with clients to ensure a timely, successful, and scalable implementation.

In addition to Native Japanese and Conversational English, you should have at least 3-4 of following:

  • 3+ years working with internal and/or external clients in delivery of infrastructure solutions: Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical professionals
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling / ETL
  • Server hardware selection, design, and troubleshooting
  • Technology experience: Windows, Cloud (AWS, Azure)
  • Enterprise Platform Topics: High Availability, Load Balancing, and Storage
  • Network and Firewall Concepts

The following would be highly evaluated:

  • Application layer protocols: HTTP/S, TCP/IP, UDP, and Web Sockets
  • SSO-related software such as: ADFS, SiteMinder, OpenSSO, Auth0, Okta, or other SAML providers
  • Enterprise platform security and concepts
