Responsibilities

  1. On-boarding new clients
  2. To nurture the relationship
  3. To ducate the stakeholders to drive adoption
  4. To optimise our existing customers to create further cross-sell & upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese.
  2. Strong organizational skills
  3. Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, nurturing, educating and communications skills
  4. Problem-solving skill
