- Global consumer devices company from the US, part of a larger multi-national medical / healthcare corporation.
- Lead and implement digital tools to maximize customer engagement.
- Plan and develop a digital engagement strategy to drive customer acquisition, continuous usage and retention.
- Lead the projects to optimize the customer experience by improving on customer engagement metrics, and analyzing the data gathered through the system.
- Project management skills to lead a project from inception to implementation, as well as handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understand how digital solutions can be practically executed by sales team.
- Experience using Marketo, SFMC, or other marketing tools.
- Data-driven marketing experience, including use or knowledge of marketing technologies.
- Native Japanese language skills with business level English both spoken and written.
