EC Web Engineer Supervisor (CF-33839071)

About this Position:

• Work with the e-commerce team as a dedicated member for e-commerce in IT, manage their projects and contribute to our business growth from a technical perspective.
• Work with the UK development team for owned commerce websites to deploy an enhancement or local requirement.
• Play a role as our technical lead on external commerce business to define our requirements and design the system relation and also do development as needed.
• Develop data connection with API between internal and external commerce channels.
• Understand global business strategy and propose a solution to align with it.
• Provide run & support service for the area of Digital Solution.
• Manage vendors through projects.
• Budget management for projects.
• Potential to be a people manager.

Requirements:

• System deployment experience as a leader or key member is mandatory.
• Work experience at foreign based companies in Japan.
• 3 years and more working experience at IT to provide application service and supports. E-Commerce site support and deployment experience is mandatory.
• Project management experience as a leader or sub-leader is preferred, and to have experience of successful project completion.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage

Technical experience and skills

• Development Experience, such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, Python, PHP, Ruby, REST API Database experience, such as Big Query, MySQL, SQL server.
• OS experience, such as Linux, Windows Server, Android, iOS
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform) knowledge and deployment are preferred
• BI tool knowledge like Looker is preferred.
