Job Description
The ideal professional would take responsibility for maximizing customer experience and engagement through managing various touch-point and technology on eCommerce site, Market place site..
*Drive e-commerce sales growth in Net Sales of the client online store /marketplace (Amazon/Rakuten/Yahoo!).
*Lead /Co-lead online store strategy and lead market place strategy to be a No.1 brand in a category.
*Manage Market place advertisement to acquire new customer
*Budget planning, KPI setting of shop. The client and market place. Achieve KPI of sales,acquisition, engagement, CVR and reducing bounce rate etc.
*Make creative and a practical action plan to achieve sales by aligning with othere Commerce team and marketing team.
*User Experience/User Interface management in online store, market place.
*Innovative technological challenge like AI communication.
*Propose and convince ideas for an experience expansion to stakeholder
*Manage the third party vender to ensure flawless operations
➢Alignment with IT div and the third party vender/Request definition/Scheduling/Test &check etc.
*Alling with clinic/hospital sales team.
*To plan and execute, collaborate with key client functions(marketing, product supplyaccounting, order management) in any aspects of E-commerce
*Data analysis
➢Site metrics(Google analytics/ Market place monitoring site)

Requirements:

*At least 3 years experiences of E-commerce, mail-order or subscription service and at least 2 years experiences of operation

*Must have at least 3 years experience with online store /market place

*(Amazon/Rakuten/Yahoo!).

*Have successful achievements for high target in E-commerce or brand site engagement

*Has strong aspirations to contribute to women's health care and to give big impacts to the world and global company

*Familiar with the latest trend and technology

*Strong ecommerce capability, Market place Ad management, UI/UX management skill

*Strong Market place(Rakuten/Amazon/Yahoo!) management skill

*High level strategic thinking

*Making hypothesis and decision making on a fact basis

*Customer centricity and never give-up mind set

*Flexibility to fitting to start-up culture.

*Strong Drive forresult (overcome difficulties during a hard time)

*Experience to work with internal and external stakeholder

*Project management skills

*Statistics analysis

*Team player

*Proficient PX Skills (Excel middle level+)

*(Nice to have) Business level English: TOEIC 730 or above
