- コードレビューやドキュメントレビュー
- 担当領域におけるバグや機能開発の優先度管理
- 担当領域における技術的判断

- サーバサイド: Scala(Play Framework), C++

必須スキル / Required Skills
- コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連する技術分野での修士号、またはそれに値する実務経験
- エンジニアリングマネージャーとして複数のエンジニアをマネジメントした経験
- ソフトウエアプロダクトを提供する上で必要となる技術領域に対する基本的な理解
- 特定の技術領域に対する深い理解
- 日本語または英語による優れたコミュニケーションスキル ※ただし、日本語はN2（ビジネスレベル）が必須
