I am currently on the lookout for a FPGA Engineer on a 6 month contract for of mine over in Manchester.

The client are a global leader in the defence and aerospace engineering industry.
As FPGA Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering solutions that meet both internal and external customer standards. This project is critical to the continued success of the customer.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Rate: OUTSIDE IR35
Length: 6+ Months

Skills -

  • Have recent experience of designing and developing simulations for complex FPGAs
  • recent experience of writing VHDL for simulation in accordance with coding standards based on IEEE 1076 1993/2008
  • Have recent experience of Mentor Graphics ModelSim or QuestaSim Questa Core or similar
  • Have recent experience of Tortoise SVN version control or similar
