IT Manager (CF-33909741)

Seeking a hands-on, results-driven Manager to oversee day to day operation support and manage applications to ensure IT systems are secure, consistent, and reliable.

This position is required to manage the implementation of new or improved systems as a IT Project Manager.
The position will also manage the Business Analyst team (3 direct reports) and will have an important role of bridging the gap between upper management and the team.

-Serve as a IT business partner in resolving business issues, implementing harmonized business processes and systems configuration work
-Liaise with Global IT team for system configuration and so on
-Perform IT project manager role for IT applications and other related systems
-Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements and system test of developed solutions
-Provide support in user acceptance test to ensure developed system run smoothly
-Conduct training sessions to implement new or improved systems and procedures
-Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT Operation (and beyond) related hardware and software

Team management:

-Support ongoing learning and development of team members
-Conduct employee goal setting and performance review
-Bridges the gap between upper management and the team

-High level of both Japanese and English speaking and writing skills and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively
-Must have 5+ years of experience in implementing/supporting IT applications in a multinational environment
-Must have 3+ years of multi-national team leading or managemenet experience
