Responsible for introducing/maintaining both stores and office IT infrastructure and related to those policies & procedures. Manage both store & office helpdesk and provide high quality services to business users.This role requires an ability to manage wide infrastructure area such as PC, Server, Network, Po l i c y,and Procedures based on pre-defined service management concept in effective manner.As required, manage IT related projects/initiative by supporting IT Director or independently
*Managing/Improving all the clients IT infrastructures including PC, Server, Network, Policy and related procedures at both store and office environment with IT members and predefined partners.
*Managing/improving daily store/office helpdesk activities and provide better services to business users.
*Lead and support various projects associated with IT infrastructures including defining requirements, designing functional & technical solutions, providing guidance to the clients IT team, planning and conducting testing, coordinating user testing, coordinating cut-over/conversion, and preparing for training / manuals and system documentation
*Lead IT initiatives for efficiency and quality improvement to support business across the functions.
*Work directly with the clients IT members to improve and maintain entire the clients infrastructures.
