They have a diverse 30-person team in Tokyo and are looking to bring on an experienced Lead Client Strategy Director who will leverage an extensive digital advertising career to spearhead the strategic vision of the business in Japan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as the key strategic advisor to independent agencies; guiding problem-solving discussions and providing outstanding client services
  • Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with the BD and trading teams
  • Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals
  • Manage an experienced team of Account Manager

WHO YOU ARE

In addition to native/fluent Japanese, you should have the following:

  • 8+ years of experience in the digital advertising space
  • Experience managing a team
  • A clear track record of success in client-facing sales positions where you developed and managed client relationships
  • Business English
