Responsibility

  • Improve the supply chain network through collaboration between customers (major restaurant chains), suppliers (manufacturing and import suppliers) and the Company.
  • Implement measures through interdepartmental collaboration between the product supply planning team, the centralised warehouse team, the transport team and the distribution centre team.
  • To improve the efficiency of the entire system through collaboration with suppliers, thereby increasing personal growth and the added value of the company.

  • Project management for each measure (agenda, planning, resources, tasks and issues, performance management of implementation measures) (agenda, planning, resources, tasks, issues, performance management of implemented measures)
  • Meeting set-up and venue control (to make meetings productive)
  • Basic data analysis and effect calculation (quantification)

Requiements

MUST

  • At least 10 years working experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in consulting, preferably in-house
  • At least 2 years' experience leading internal projects
  • Knowledge of warehousing, transport and trading operations
  • Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, Word, Access) Operation of
  • Operation of all logistics systems (supply and demand systems, ERP, OMS, TMS, dispatch systems, mobile applications)
  • Japanese: native level
  • English: business level

Good to have

  • Knowledge of demand forecasting and supply planning
  • Experience of participating in logistics-related projects
  • Experience as lead logistics provider
  • Financial knowledge (income and expenditure management)
  • PMBOK / PRINCE2
  • Experience in AI-related programme development
  • Data scientist
