Global gaming company with multiple world-famous AAA game franchises and titles.


  • Provides strategic analysis focused on identification, evaluation and execution of opportunities to drive growth and operational excellence for the company's leading game franchises and titles.
  • Lead day-to-day decision making and shape long-term project strategies by understanding and utilizing marketing data.
  • Plan, run and manage acquisition campaigns on mass and digital channels' end-to-end, from budget planning, campaign management, performance tracking, experiments, to optimization and other related tasks.


  • 7+ years of marketing experience in both ATL and BTL marketing activities, with solid experience handling multiple media and creative agencies with regards to ATL marketing initiatives.

  • Reporting to Japan Country Manager and will be a people-managing role (1-2 team members).

  • Gaming industry experience is great to have but not required.

  • Strong and effective communications skills, including native or fluent level of Japanese. Business English is a big plus.
