Typical Accountabilities

• Partner with the Commercial Excellence team and Medical Excellence team for designing, building and enabling End to end Omnichannel strategy and its platforms. Understand the difference and orchestrate when one side of solution can benefit the others.
• Understand business requirements (undermined or appearing in the surface) and converting business requirements to technical requirements. Reviewing then possible solution options now and new to make solutions happened.
• Ensure any solutions has the best possible scalability, availability and security.
• Provide solution design for the Web analytics (Adobe), heatmap or equivalent solution to collect customer's data to identify untold but important stories of why they come, stay and leave from data.
• Design and optimize SEO/SEM with the most adequate methodologies in Pharma industry.

• Experience in the Web application platform Engineering such as;
  • Adobe analytics - Solution design, implementation and continuous monitoring & debugging.
  • Digital Martech experience and improvement (SEO, SEM, ABTest, Targeting, customer journey with other media) Experience with cloud-based services like AWS (general resources + managed services).
  • Understanding of general Internet technology (network model, general technology stacks (web/app/DB/load balancing, encryption, FW), APIs, performance tuning, security, Browser technologies). No need to be in depth experience of all but cover all areas in basic level.
• Experience of business demand intake, selection solution, implementing the solution and run the platform with continuous Kaizen.
• Project management experience with internal IT, business stakeholders and external vendors.
