PMO position at a global healthcare-device company.

* Provides project management support to key projects across ComEx teams and other businesses and functions, including scheduling, coordination, administration, tracking, and communication

* Administers key programs and events, such as training programs, workshops, ideation sessions, etc.

* Develops key team and project materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, communications memos, newsletters, videos, etc.

* Performs data analysis, database development and data management to support a range of activities such as business case development, KPI analytics, etc.

* Develops and administers key ComEx systems to manage employee data and activities, project management and tracking, data management and sharing, etc.

* Minimum 5 years work experience required

* Experience in human resources or management consulting preferred

* BA required; advanced degree a plus

* English and Japanese fluency required (written and spoken)
