* Solicit technology investment plans from across the company, identify business requirements, and screen potential projects for the annual plan

* Management of the ad hoc request reception process

* Technology portfolio management, working with project stakeholders to identify and resolve risks and issues (progress check, issue identification, report writing, solution discussion)

* Resource planning and analysis

* Communication strategy on technology, regular reports on portfolio and technology services

* As the representative of the Technology Division, explain systems and projects, optimize processes, reduce costs, system planning to other divisions, restaurant personnel, and franchisees, and contribute to other HQ and departmental activities.

【MUST】

* 3+ years of experience managing technology portfolios and complex programs

* Participated as a member in cross-functional projects with internal and external parties, and proactively led the projects.

* Expertise in agile waterfall project management and product management concepts and best practices

【WANT】

* Experience in demand management, resource planning, and strategic systems planning

* PMP, Prince, ITIL, or other project management certifications
