  • Indentifying consumer pain points and developing strategy to deliver high value to our users.
  • Conducting market research and consumer segmentation analyses to indentify opportunities and trends.
  • Creating financial models and forecasting business outcomes and KPIs to measure progress and guide decision-making.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies to launch new products and features.
  • Aligning product roadmaps with company-wide strategy and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders across organization.
  • Tracking KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing Payment merchants integration for classic users to deliver seamless payment experience.
  • Enhancing premium features for our card products to deliver greater value to our users.
  • Managing credit card disputes and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Indentifying new business opportunities and expanding our product offerings to reach new customers both B2B and B2C.


  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product management with financial services, FinTech, retail, banking, or payments.
  • Experience in launching new products and services.
  • Strong grasp of products value chain, and solid understanding of how the potential for great product work can be realized and leveraged.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders.
  • Strong quantitative skills and an innate understanding of how tomix market intelligence.
  • Define, design, build and refine products.
  • Professional communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Possibility of remote work within APAC.
