Their team is looking for a Professional Services Director in Japan to manage the consulting project pipeline in the Japanese Market - identifying and creating strategies for areas of business potential for the professional service team.
As a newly created role and pilot for this position globally, you will be reporting directly to the Professional Services VP in APAC.

The Professional Services Director is responsible for account planning and expanding the pipeline of projects for the consulting team. They will also create and implement strategies to drive the development of new services and license business opportunities in Japan and ensure quality service delivery in all consulting engagement.

What you will do:

• Provide delivery management to ensure a great customer experience
• Identify, qualify, develop, and execute consulting services
• Enhance best practices and modernization for customers utilization of solutions
• Work closely with sales team to identify opportunity areas to expand

What you need to succeed:

• Native or Fluent Japanese
• Business English
• 5-10 years of Consulting and Consulting Management
• 3-5 years of managing overall service business, including account management or sales-related positions
• Experience in Systems Integration Consulting or SW/HW vendor services
• Business Intelligence, Analytics, Database, or related technologies
