As a Project Manager, you will participate in various projects to propose, consult, implement, and improve the implementation of solutions and systems for our national and global clients' business and marketing strategies. You will focus on projects that utilize the latest technologies in digital marketing and marketing solutions such as Adobe and Salesforce, such as commerce site development, CMS, CRM, MA, and cross-channel CX implementation.

Specific Job Description
Prepare estimates for the proposal phase and negotiate with clients and stakeholders in conjunction with accounts. Research, propose and define requirements for system solutions based on business and marketing strategies Project management of large scale projects Project management for implementation planning, design, implementation and testing phases Planning and planning of operations, construction of an operation system, and proposals for improvement after introduction Examining and building a feasible system and team building

Must have:
Experience in the upstream process (customer negotiations and requirement definition)
Project management experience (10 people or more)
Experience in creating proposals and project documents using PowerPoint

Good to have:
Experience in managing EC projects and defining requirements (Salesforce *old
demandware and Magento experience is a plus)
Experience in managing CMS projects and defining requirements (AEM, Sitecore,
HeartCore, SDL, Teamsite, Drupal, etc. *No MT or Wordpress)
Knowledge of various marketing solutions (MA, AEM, DMP, personalization, LINE, etc.)
Experience in agile development
Programming development experience (PHP, JAVA)
English proficiency (standard: TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
Experience in utilizing offshore
Experience in foreign client projects
Experience in a consulting firm
