Our QA role is ideal for someone passionate about problem solving - our products are both hardware and software related so you should be someone with an interest in both.
You will test the functionality of our products and platform by documenting and helping solve technical issues on release.
- 3+ years' experience testing apps - you will need to find bugs and decide their impact on the release/product. Design tests for new features. Strong creativity.
- Customer support experience - provide a quality user experience for new and existing software releases.
- Strong communications skills - good at documenting your work, attention to detail and clear ability to work with other team members in English and Japanese.
