A Sales Director with Hi-Touch Solution Sales and Team Management experience is required for one of the worlds fastest growing SaaS Martech companies. As Sales Director you will be in charge of connecting with C-Suite professionals in potential customers and proposing Data Hub technology to acquire new contracts and grow top-line revenue. You will be expected to take a hands-on role in Sales, manage P/L, and train and manage sales staff.
You should be a native Japanese language speaker, and have a business level of English. You should also have experience in the following areas:
- Hi-Touch Solution Sales of SaaS, MarTech, or Cloud Based Solutions
- Sales Team Management experience
- Knowledge of the Marketing Technology landscape in Japan and understanding of related technologies
- Start-up mindset with ability to be hands on as well as drive big-picture strategy
- Comfortable working in a small-team environment
You will work closely with the Japan Country Manager, Sales Team, and your Customers to generate fantastic results. In return you will be rewarded with a great salary (between 10m - 15m JPY Base), bonus, and incentives.
