Salesforce Deevelopment Team Lead is needed for a financial services company based in Central London.
The role involves a mix of hands-on development on sales cloud and Conga, working on defining the roadmap with product owners, communicating with stakeholders on a daily basis and running and unblocking sprints.
A big part of the job would include managerial responsibilities for a team of 6 including developers and administrators. The right person will be doing 1-on-1s with their team members, help and train them on their development, discuss career progression with them, manage team transitions and graduate schemes.
The role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £110,000 per annum with bonus, pension, 25 days holiday and an equity scheme.
Essential experience:
- Salesforce Development background - minimum 2-3 years
- Been in a role where you managed a team of developers - preferably permanent staff
- Sales cloud
