Title : Senior Account Manager


  • Communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Upselling new features and improvements to existing clients
  • Understand client needs and handle client inquiries
  • Handle issues escalated from internal teams
  • Maintain account level budgets and finances
  • Write and review contracts and proposals with clients
  • Work with the product team to understand our solutions
  • Build processes and account strategy with the team
  • Contribute to account team objectives

Required Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a senior role in Sales or Account Management
  • Experience working with global clients in Japan
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Native level of Japanese and Fluent English is required
  • Experience in accouunt management for technical projects such as large ecommerce, CRM, and/or CMS projects)
