Job Contents
- Planning, proposal, design, construction, testing, training, documentation and operation and maintenance of the company's overall IT infrastructure
- Act as an expert in the infrastructure team providing L3 support, responding to faults and requests escalated to L3
Must
- At least 3 years' experience in network and server design, build, operation and maintenance
- Associate level certification or equivalent skills in either AWS or Azure
- At least 1 year of experience in Active Directory administration
- Understanding of design patterns for multi-site networks
- Business level Japanese & English
Good to have
- Basic knowledge of project management and at least three years' experience of participating in or leading projects
- ITIL v3 Foundation qualification or equivalent knowledge
