The Senior IT Engineer will play a crucial role in advancing Infrastructure solutions throughout the commercial sector within the region. This will be achieved in close coordination with IT Business Partners, and the engineer will actively contribute to supporting business strategies and objectives in collaboration with the Global IT team. The primary aim of the Senior Infrastructure Engineer is to provide technical infrastructure services, encompassing design, maintenance, and support for the infrastructure environment. This role involves analyzing business needs and facilitating the resolution of intricate issues to ensure seamless usability and alignment with overarching business goals

1. Infrastructure Maintenance and Enhancement: Responsible for analyzing and maintaining hardware, software, and connectivity components within the infrastructure framework. Design and plan major upgrades and changes to ensure reliability and availability.

2. Complex Issue Resolution: Review and analyze intricate infrastructure issues, collaborating with team members to provide feedback, share knowledge, and offer recommendations based on best practices.

3. Standardized Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of hardware and software tools, adhering to quality standards and criteria established by architect-level support.

4. Escalated Issue Resolution: Provide expert support for infrastructure challenges, addressing escalated issues, troubleshooting errors, and devising technical solutions to drive process improvements.

5. Architect-Level Support Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architect-level support, offering valuable feedback, suggestions, and recommendations independently.
