Site Reliability Engineer (CF-34174992)

AI/ML for documentation scanning and proofreading. Our product is used by a wide range of companies. We currently have offices in Japan and also USA.

Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain software systems to improve site reliability and performance.
2. Establish service level thresholds and perform on-call duties.
3. Handle escalations, document post-resolution evaluations, and manage data processing.
4. Design configurations and optimize workloads.
5. Collaborate with development and operations teams to bridge the gap between them.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in coding, release and change management, full-stack development, IT monitoring, and cloud and database skills.
2. Deep knowledge of version control and operating systems like LINUX.
3. Awareness of DevOps concepts and best practices, CI/CD implementation expertise, and issue troubleshooting experience.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. IaC to manage public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
6. Good understanding of cloud-native applications, distributed computing, and coding.
7. Conversational English and Fluent Japanese(N2+) required.
