We are a leading DevOps platform with a global client base helping companies continuously integrate and deploy their solutions with ease.

You should have:

  • Excellent communication skills in English - you will be working with customers in Japan and the APAC region to debug common errors
  • 2+ years of technical product support, engineering, or experience deploying software in the cloud
  • An understanding of *nix and a working knowledge of GitHub

It would be nice if you have:

  • Programming experience and have worked on building an app from scratch
  • A general knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure
