Technical Account Manager
Cloud Services Provider is seeking a Technical Account Manager t to provide premium support to crucial customer accounts in Japan. This role is part of a team supporting global accounts, as company is swiftly growing from America and spreading its borders.
Technical Account Managers will meet clients, identify potential issues, and provide world class support to said accounts. As part of the Technical Support team, growing the business by providing top level support is crucial and be rewared in kind via a competitive compensation package (10-13M, negotiable) training program upon entry of company and a flexible work environment unrivalled here in Japan.
- Native/Fluent Japanese + Conversational English
- Experience in both technical support and key account management or TAM experience
- Well-versed in TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, cloud infrastructure
- Written English ability to communicate within a global IT SaaS company
