Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a member of a highly skilled team focused on providing technical support to the large enterprise customer base.
The key goal of this team is to provide customers with an excellent customer experience and to make their business successful with their products.
You should be able to speak Native / Fluent Japanese and basic conversational level English, and possess some experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 3 years of technical support experience dealing with enterprise customers.
Basic knowledge of Java
Troubleshooting and building virtualized and cloud environments
Development of Web applications using Java and security measures
Windows / Linux server management.
