As a Technical Support Engineer you will:

- Troubleshoot the client side part of the company's security solution (mainly Windows)
- Be responsible for client-side customer requests under defined SLAs
- Escalate difficult cases as necessary

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer with:

- Experience Working as a Technical Support Engineer or Technical Account Manager
- Experience with Detection and Response (EDR) or Endpoint Cyber Security
- Fluent Japanese and Conversational English Proficiency
