For the longest time, bussinesses have suffered from excessive repotitive task resulting in millions of hours being wasted. My client uses AI technology to craft an innovative tool from scratch to empower enterprises to be efficient in all of their functions


- Ability to identify hardware and software issues

- Troubleshooting technical issues

- Diagnosing and repairing faults

- Resolving network issues

- Installing and configuring hardware and software

- Providing timely, effective and accurate feedback to users

- G Suite, Office 365, Box, kintone experience


- Passion for emerging technology, i.e. AI

- Experience working in AWS environment

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (i.e. CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
