Consistently growing American enterprise BI software vendor is seeking a Technical Support to service customers' troubleshooting issues, and will communicate with the global support team.
The Technical Support will service troubleshooting tickets, replicate and fix problems, and communicate technical problem fixing to customers.
You should be able to speak Native / Fluent Japanese and Basic English (read/write), and possess some experience in the following areas:
- Technical Support or Technical Account Management (TAM) experience
- Experience in enterprise software
- Can communicate with read/write English ability
