We are looking for a new Business Intelligence Manager to lead a small team and be the face of business intelligence for the company. This is a brand new position within the company and you will be taking charge of an already established team of BI Developers.

In this role you will be responsible for the roadmap and strategy for MI and BI, and ensure buy in from the rest of the business. Utilising your skills and experience you will deliver business intelligence reporting across the business. You will need to ensure that development follows best practice and passes QA and generally ensure a high standard of delivery.

This role will also require you to routinely meet with product owners and customers, challenging requirements against best practice. Therefore you will need to be confidant when dealing with members of the wider business and be able to collaborate well with others.

You will work very closely with the Software Development manager and together you will both really have a big impact in this company's future success.

Another key part to this role is being able to prioritise tasks accordingly while continually challenge existing process improvement.

Your own personal progression is also key, so we would want to see someone who is always looking for a challenge and looking to constantly improve themselves. You must keep up to date on best practice and take advantages of features in newer versions of SQL Server databases. Attend webinars, conferences and roadshows to further your skills and this will always be encouraged by the company.
