Business Process Analyst
As their Business Process Optimization Analyst you will champion the continuous improvement through optimization of the companies processes supporting process centric teams in their Kilkenny office with the objective of improving their client experience business processes. You will work closely with various local and global stakeholders across the organisation to drive process improvements and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the firm. You will have the responsibility for identifying and driving projects, global processes and efficiency improvements, including Lean and Six Sigma Projects. Part of your teams job will be to review the current processes in place. Gather and delivery back to the business with excellent documentation. You will have an investigative mind-set, looking at how their departments currently work, their processes, workflows etc. Identifying how to get a uniformed system in place. Pre-determine issues before they arise. Avoid duplication of work and be focused on achieving a standardisation across all their offices, systems and departments.
3+yrs identifying, owning,delivering on process improvement initiatives
Six Sigma Certification
Good communication skills, verbal and written (MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
Financial Services advantageous

More about his brilliant Business Process Analyst job :- Evaluate existing business and operational flows and define the As-Is process models and To-Be process models for business process re-engineering. initiatives, demonstrating commitment to the company's vision and business strategies/objectives. Determine and analyse Tasks based on pain-points and challenges identified in the end to end process. Ensure continuous improvement projects are being completed successfully by using methodologies such as Lean six sigma and principles that are aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, increasing Client satisfaction, and improving financial performance.
Work in tandem with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand business vision and objectives in order to define, create and
implement business process improvements that will drive efficiency's across the Organisation. Responsible for analysis, project reporting and providing recommendations for process improvements that will improve quality, reduce costs and establish appropriate process metrics and improve process controls.
Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management. Drive working sessions to define and document business process and business requirements, incorporating the vision of the solution utilising proven business process. Improvement tools and techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, etc.). Seek out best practice and ensure consistent deployment across the site. Working to support and drive a dynamic process centric team based approach to meet current and future business needs in a high challenge high support environment. Project management, tracking, monitoring and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency.
