The Salesforce CRM Systems Manager position is responsible managing the Salesforce CRM team within Insight & CRM. Reporting to the Head of Insight and CRM, they are responsible for managing day-to-day delivery of the CRM road-map and leading work on the extension of Salesforce to other customer-data business functions in line with the CRM strategy. They do this by leading the team of analysts to maintain and develop the Salesforce platform.
You will lead the team to deliver effective business analysis, solution design, development and testing on the Salesforce CRM platform. Also you will develop and manage the team; establishing a collaborative working environment, sharing best practice, developing each other's experience and creating a common development framework.
*Significant experience administering, developing and managing CRM databases.
*Experience working within the CRM field within a non-profit organisation (advantageous)
*Significant experience of project management and understanding of methodologies (specific experience working with Agile-Scrum desirable).
*Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations
*Experience working with Salesforce applications (Apex/Visualforce) and/or related expertise in Java and XML (D)
*Proven line management experience within a technical environment including target setting and personal development
*Significant experience working with business users; understanding business strategy, capturing requirements and translating these into technical solution designs.
*Proven experience of managing the full application development cycle through to testing (user, unit and regression) and deployment.
*Significant experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
*Experience working with external agencies and suppliers in an IT environment
