- L1/L2 Technical Support of Windows/Storage Platform in Data Centers
- L2 Technical Support of Infra platform support in Azure Japan
- Incident/Change/Problem support for Infra Platform
- Prevent Issues with Proactive Root Cause Analysis
- Ensure detailed Technical Designs are created as required
- Ensure necessary support is provided to the Procurement team in revising the Supplier contracts and providing the necessary update on the licensing requirements
- Drive innovation in Cloud technology
- Experience in Azure Infra Platform, Windows server/VMWare/Active Directory/SAN/NAS/Storage, Data center infrastructure
- Data center monitoring/management tool (e.g. OP Manager)
- Server/end point device management tool (e.g. SCCM, Altiris)
- Data Base management/experience (e.g. SQL, Oracle)
- Data/DB Backup tool & Management
- Technical experience/knowledge of network/security in Data center (WAN/MPLS/Firewall/Proxy, etc)
- Project management or Technical project lead
- Very good work experience of stakeholder management
