My international and very ambitious client in the Netherlands is looking for a Service Now Engineer in a Lead position.
You lead, inspire and motivate the team.
A hybrid, permanent position so not remote. Actually your presence is required in the office for this role.
Educational level / working and thinking level: Bachelor's degree.
Necessary number of years of relevant working experience: 7+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years of team leadership experience.
Necessary functional knowledge:
Deep knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) product lines.
Accreditations across various ServiceNow products, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and proficiency in their implementation and
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its best practices for maintaining accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, setup, and troubleshooting, to ensure efficient and effective discovery of IT assets and infrastructure.
Strong understanding of automation capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, including workflow automation, business rules and scheduled jobs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow's data model and schema, including table structures, relationships, and data manipulation techniques.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server configuration, and integration with external
