This Regional Lead for R&D IT systems holds the responsibility of guiding projects involving technology within the realm of Global R&D. This entails collaborating with crucial stakeholders in the business to gather, devise, execute, and refine strategies, encompassing even the support phases during production. This position necessitates close collaboration with fellow Global Business IT Solution Partners, Implementation Leaders, and System Managers. Their focus is on fulfilling requirements tailored to specific regions as part of worldwide undertakings, alongside managing projects that cater to the distinct needs of individual areas. In addition, this individual will forge strong partnerships with their business counterparts, proprietors of business processes, subject matter experts, personnel involved in training, procedural frameworks, and the overarching Corporate IT.

• Experience in at least one of the following Global Development domains (Medical Affairs, Development Operations & Portfolio Management, Biostatistics and Data Management, Patient Safety, Regulatory and Quality).
• Ability to analyze business challenges and present technology solutions.
• Knowledge of the Information Technology Service Management Framework and ITIL v3x.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong record of accomplishment of technology project management, stakeholder management, budget management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address day to day challenges associated with business solutions.
