- Transform business requirements into solution design
- Lead the technical discussion with clients to deliver the solution
- Collaborate with regional development team and product team to align the requirements
- Guide and coach the engineers in code development
- Background in software development related
- Good communication in Japanese and English
- Experience with payment or financial industry is a plus
- Strong team work mind set and excellent organizational abilities
