This business seeks ways to make travel planning and trip management easier, offering a tools and features like Trips, Explore & Price Forecast. They constantly update pp, website with even AI. You will lead the development on the supply side first, supporting partners with innovative ways to drive demand for their supply.

  • Build business relationships with partners in real estate or accomodation vertical
  • Prior experience in hospitality or travel not required
  • Prospect new business deals by integrating new providers to the platform; and analyze existing one seeking an efficient monetization
  • Prospect and Manage the platform sale of inventory placements to new and existing partners (Travel and other industries);
  • Prospect and manage partnerships and alliances that leverages businesses with other group companies
  • Identify gaps & maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation
  • Lead the coordinating of localization efforts and optimization of the local site, with central IT, quality management and marketing departments, to provide the best user experience possible
  • Work along with Commercial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities to develop market;
  • Synergy with other APAC Regional Country and Sales Directorate to identify and enhance opportunities between markets

  • Team Leadership - at least 5 years of experience in leading people managers in a commercial, sales or business development capacity (skilled at managing other managers)
  • Sales Leadership - 10+ years of commercial sales experience in software technology, real estate, retail or FMCG industries
  • Stakeholder Management / Confidence and Presence - experience in influencing internal and external stakeholders, charismatic and positive
  • Language - English
  • May consider non-Filipinos with 5+ years SMB-oriented techology sales experience in the Philippines or SEA
  • Must be open for relocation to Manila, Philippines in September/October 2019
