Senior Customer Success Manager (CF-34175938)

A Customer Success Manager with experience in client facing technical solutioning and sales for CRM, Chatbot, Customer Data Platform, or Prediction technology is required for one of the most innovative AI powered SaaS platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Customer Success and be in charge of managing major accounts in order to upsell, resell, consult, and support their utilisation of your technology stack in order to meet their business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with a broad variety of customers in order to help them better understand their consumer and how to engage and convert them.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and speak business English as well as have experience in the following areas:

• Experience in a client facing Account Management or Customer Success role
• Experience working with SaaS technology
• Experience dealing with CRM, Chatbot, Customer Data Platform, or Predictive Analytics technology
• Ability to deep dive and consult with clients both from a commercial and technical perspective
